Choose Fairlawns and you have a choice of 60 rooms each of which have all the facilities you have every right to expect when travelling on business, for fun, for relaxation or for all three. There is FREE car parking and FREE Internet access too; hidden costs at many other hotels.
If your visit is on business you will find Fairlawns convenient for Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Brownhills, Cannock, Lichfield, West Bromwich and all areas of northern Birmingham. Central Birmingham and the National Exhibition Centre are both within easy reach. If your visit is for pleasure and you wish to venture away from the Spa then you will find that the surrounding areas are rich with interest. Within 40 minutes by car there are many leading attractions. The shops, theatres and nightlife of Birmingham are only 20 minutes away.
You may choose from various room styles to suit budgets and requirements including single (minimum 4' bed) , standard or club doubles, family rooms (2 adults and 2 children) and 6 suites including the Premier Suite.
Nine rooms are in a wing well away from normal hotel activities so if you are here to enjoy a Spa Experience, and dependent upon where you choose to eat, you may never need to change out of your fluffy robes!

*Adult Health Club
Unless staying on a discounted package quoted "leisure excluded" all residential guests (16 years of age and over) enjoy FREE temporary membership of the Fairlawns Health Club with access to the 18m exercise pool, the luxurious hydrotherapy suite, the sauna garden and two air conditioned gymnasiums from 2.00 p.m. on day of arrival (no exceptions) until 4.00 p.m. on day of departure. Bedrooms must be vacated by 11.00am on your departure day. The Club is closed on Christmas and Boxing Days. Opening times and availability of certain facilities may be varied when essential maintenance is being carried out. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in these areas.
Accessible Accommodation
We are delighted to offer one ground floor bedroom; this is partially adapted and offers the further benefit of direct access from & emergency exit to the car park. Also available are two further rooms which have been designed with the needs of wheelchair users in mind. These are on the first floor (lift service) of the Spa wing with convenient parking but direct access to main hotel facilities (restaurant, reception and private dining suites) involves going outside and around the buildings. This will continue to be necessary until a number of other projects have been completed as and when this statement will be revised initially on the website and then on printed literature as it is updated.
