Thank you for considering Fairlawns when making arrangements for your celebrations during the festive season. A warm welcome has been the hallmark of Fairlawns for many years and our unique intimate atmosphere makes for many special celebrations, whether it's dinner for two or a large gathering with friends, family and colleagues.
Whatever you are planning we aim to offer a wide choice within the Fairlawns festive programme. There's such a lot going on at Fairlawns we can't be true to our “Green” credentials and print 1000's of 20 page brochures so once again this year we have put the whole brochure on line and printed individual sheets for individual events. These can be downloaded using the links below.
Hopefully you will find something to meet your requirements but if not give us a call and we will see what can be done!
With the exception of Christmas & Boxing Days (when the team are enjoying a well earned rest!) we are open throughout December and you have a choice of numerous ways to spend this special time. You may buy vouchers too, so if you are struggling for that special gift we may just have the answer.

PARTY NIGHTS IN THE GARDEN, WILLOW AND CEDAR ROOMS
November 30th through to and including December 23rd
Great nights for small groups who want a BIG party atmosphere without the need
to organise a private party of their own. A warm welcome, friendly staff, “real”
fresh food, fabulous atmosphere, great value.
Four course Christmas Dinner followed by bar, disco & fun through until midnight.
Prices start from as little as £27.50 including a drink on arrival and you can stay
over at special prices too. Why not arrive early, relax in the Health Club, treat
yourself to a pampering treatment or ritual, forget about the taxi and enjoy a
freshly cooked breakfast the following morning.
Now that's a proper night out!

PRE-CHRISTMAS LUNCH IN THE FAIRLAWNS RESTAURANT
Monday - Friday: Monday 3rd - Friday 21st December
If you're a party of 8 or less then it's business as usual with our regular menus
(but with a festive flavour!) right through until Christmas. There's no need to preorder
- choose from the Fairlawns Festive Brasserie Lunch - a light lunch (main
courses from around £11.00) or enjoy our fixed price festive menu at £24.50 for
three courses and coffee.
There are special Christmas menus for larger parties too with Party Lunch

PRE-CHRISTMAS EVENINGS IN THE FAIRLAWNS RESTAURANT
Monday - Saturday: Monday 3rd - Friday 21st December
It's business as usual with our regular menus. “Dinner at Fairlawns” Menu, full of
festive flavours, is offered to parties of up to 8 guests and there is no need to
pre-order, simply choose four courses and coffee at £34.50 per person
including lots of Christmas trimmings. If you really want to spoil yourselves then
a number of Chef Neil Atkins' signature dishes will also be available from both
this menu and our “Best of British” selections. Parties of 9 or more or those taking advantage of our early booking offer are asked to pre-order from our Restaurant Dinner Party Menu.
Book before November 16th (Monday -Thursday evenings) to enjoy our festive menu for only £29.50
Dine and Dance
Subject to availability of party and space, join the Party Night fun after dinner.

PRIVATE LUNCH PARTIES
Book for a minimum of 18 guests and you may enjoy a special party menu
in one of our private dining rooms and continue your party well into the afternoon.
Various entertainment options are available - table magicians, speakers, a disco
or a variety of live musical entertainment. We would be happy to provide
suggestions and a quotation.

SUNDAY 16th AND 23rd DECEMBER
You may also celebrate Christmas on Sunday too! Our traditional Sunday lunch menu is available on Sundays 2nd, 9th and 30th but on Sunday 16th and 23rd there are special Sunday Luncheons with a truly festive atmosphere.
Special four-course menu with “Champagne” cocktail reception served
throughout the afternoon through until 8.30pm.

NEW YEARS EVE GALA NIGHT
Saturday 31st December
In The Fairlawns Restaurant, Garden & Willow Rooms and Cedar Room.
Always a wonderful evening; a Champagne cocktail reception followed by a
superb 5 course dinner, lots of trimmings, dancing through midnight and
bagpipes, haggis and a wee dram in the small hours.
Restaurant: (maximum party 10 guests) RESIDENTIAL £159.50 per person
(a few places may be available to non residents at £105.00).
Garden & Willow Rooms (minimum party 6 guests, maximum 16) £99.50 per
person.
Cedar Room (a quieter area for small parties – minimum 2, maximum 4 guests) £79.50 per person.
* Price in Garden & Willow Rooms includes a bottle of house wine per person,
