The Fairlawns Kitchen is run on a traditional “partie” system so someone joining us will experience involvement in all areas including patisserie, vegetable, larder, grill and sauce sections along with responsibilities for the preparation and service of meals in the banqueting / private dining suites.
Training to NVQ Level 3 (and beyond) may be available.
