As an independent our problem has rarely been in delivering value and in generating repeat business but in persuading people to “risk” an independent in the first place. "No one ever got fired for booking a Hilton!"

However, many frequent hotel users are questioning whether the fact that few chains now own their own properties is impacting on customer service. Here better quality hotels in the independent sector are capitalising on the divide between independent and corporate cultures when attracting and retaining business.

You want to ensure you get the best possible value but know that choice of conference venues or meeting room is paramount to the success of an event and that saving £10.00 per person will be entirely counter productive if the result is uncomfortable, poorly fed delegates feeling under valued and heaping housekeeping issues onto the trainer who is probably the biggest investment of all.
