Refund Policy

Bedroom Reservations

Refunds will be given if cancelled prior to 12 noon local time, 1 day prior to your date of arrival. Pre-payments are non-refundable in the event of either cancellation at shorter notice or non-arrival.

Short Breaks and Romantic Evenings for Two

One change of date may be made subject to availability and agreement 10 days prior to your arrival date.  Pre- payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation less than 10 days prior to arrival or non-arrival.

Restaurant Meals, Incidental Charges, Vouchers

All payments made for the above services are non-refundable.

Special Events – Weddings, Private Parties, Christmas

All deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable subject to the contractual terms & conditions agreed and confirmed when you made your reservation.

Spa Days, Spa Stays, Treatments and Rituals

A full refund will be made if you cancel your reservation more than 28 days prior to your date of arrival.
Should you cancel between 15 and 28 days prior to  your reservation you will be offered  a refund (less a £15.00 administration fee) or the opportunity to make one postponement of your booking free of charge. Further postponements will result in additional administration charges or the total of your pre-payment being retained as a cancellation charge, subject to circumstances and availability.
Should you cancel your reservation14 days (or less) prior to your reservation then all pre-payments for Spa Days, Spa Stays and charges for pre-booked treatments and rituals are non-refundable.

Non-arrivals

No refunds of advance payments will be made in the event of any non-arrivals
