An exclusive relaxation and dining area for our Spa Guests, with a patio area for those summer months! Throughout the day unlimited refreshments are provided…treat yourself to morning coffee with a pastry, maybe afternoon tea or simply enjoy fresh fruits, juices and herbal tea…the choice is yours and it is all included in your spa package! Finnish Sauna

Infrared Sauna
This type of sauna is setting the standard for effective heat therapy. A single sauna session of thirty minutes is said to burn up to 600 calories and it is also effective at improving fitness and for detoxifying the body (to name but a few health benefits!). Moderate heat provides a relaxing environment to sit back and relax whilst the sauna does all the hard work!
