Follow signs to Birmingham, A34. After 500m. proceed through pelican crossing, past Machine Mart to traffic lights. Turn left (Sutton Coldfield and Lichfield, B4149) and continue through 3 roundabouts, each time following signs to Lichfield & Brownhills and ignoring signs to Aldridge. At fourth roundabout (Shell Garage) turn left towards Brownhills, Chester Road (A452). Continue, leaving the built up area, turning left at junction with A454 (Old Irish Harp / double roundabout). Fairlawns is 200m. on right.

FROM BIRMINGHAM CITY CENTRE (Time 20 - 40 minutes)
From A38 (at Lancaster Circus) leave Birmingham on A34 towards Walsall. Turn right onto A4041 at Scott Arms traffic lights and continue through 3 roundabouts, each time following signs to Lichfield & Brownhills and ignoring signs to Aldridge. At fourth roundabout (Shell Garage) turn left towards Brownhills, Chester Road (A452). Continue, leaving the built up area, turning left at junction with A454 (Old Irish Harp / double roundabout). FROM DERBY & NORTH EAST ( Time From M1, 45 minutes, Derby 30 minutes)
Exit M1 at J28 and follow A38 around Derby towards Lichfield. As A38 forks left towards Birmingham continue straight on towards Cannock (A5) through first roundabout (Holiday Inn
Express) towards Brownhills. At next roundabout (Texaco
Garage) turn left onto A461. At traffic lights (Shire Oak Pub)
turn left onto A452 for three miles turning right towards
Aldridge at junction with A454 (Old Irish Harp /
double roundabout). Fairlawns is 200m. on right.

FROM NORTH WEST (Time from J12 M6, 20 - 25 minutes)
Exit M6 at J12 and follow A5 around Cannock continuing towards Tamworth for approximately 5 miles. Turn right onto A452 towards Brownhills (Rising Sun). Follow A452 through Brownhills continuing for 3 miles to junction with A454 (Old Irish Harp / double roundabout). Turn right towards Aldridge. Fairlawns is 200m. on right.

FROM LONDON & THE SOUTH EAST (Time from J5 M6, 20 - 30 minutes)
Can be congested during rush hour M6toll recommended ( J T4 see below). Exit M6 at J5 and follow A452 towards Brownhills. Continue for 7½ miles leaving the built up area, turning left at junction with A454 (Old Irish Harp / double roundabout). Fairlawns is 200m. on right. Alternatively, if traffic is moving freely continue on M6 to J7 and follow directions above.

Often best route from Airport & N.E.C.
Exit M6 toll at JT4 & follow A5 towards Brownhills until second roundabout (Texaco Garage). Turn left onto A461 towards Walsall to traffic lights (Shire Oak Pub).Turn left onto A452 for three miles turning
