• 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of your reservation. Refunds will not be given after this time.
• Guests who have decided to reserve rooms on a "room only" basis may take breakfast at a charge of £15.00 per person, but should be aware that there may be a delay for tables. A £8.95 charge will be made per child if sharing a double or twin room with 2 adults.

Subject to availability we endeavour to fulfil requests for earlier arrival times but this cannot be guaranteed until after 8.00pm on the evening prior to arrival. Please telephone after this time and we will help if we can.

Guests are asked to vacate rooms by the above time.
Those over 16 years of age may continue to use the Health Club facilities until 4.00pm

Adult Health Club

Guest over 16 years of age may enjoy temporary membership of this facility from 2.00pm on day of arrival until 4.00pm on day of departure

• Cocktail bar remains open for resident guests until 2.00am
• Out of respect to other residents guests are asked to retire by no later than 2.30am
• Restaurant and Spa reservations are essential and you are advised to make these well in advance

*Adult Health Club
All residential guests (16 years of age and over) enjoy FREE temporary membership of the Fairlawns Health Club with access to the 18m exercise pool, the luxurious hydrotherapy suite, the sauna garden and two air conditioned gymnasiums from 2.00pm on day of arrival (no exceptions) until 4.00pm on day of departure. Bedrooms must be vacated by 11.00am on your departure day. The Club is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Opening times and availability of certain facilities may be varied when essential maintenance is being carried out. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in these areas.

Accessible Accommodation
We are delighted to offer one ground floor bedroom; this is partially adapted and offers the further benefit of direct access from & emergency exit to the car park. If you need to book this room please call the hotel directly and reservations will be able to help you.
