All rooms are non smoking. Rates per room per night.

(Twin or double with 6' bunk beds generally suitable fo children under 14)

All rates per night inclusive of cooked breakfast and VAT at 17.5%
Check in time from 1400 - Subject to availability early check in may be possible. Should you prefer this privilege then please telephone after 1900 on the evening prior to your arrival date and we will do all we can to assist.
Check out time 1100 - Guests are asked to vacate rooms by 1100. Those over 16 years of age may continue to use the Fitness Club facilities until 1600.
Late bar for resident guests until 0200.
Bar remains closed for alcohol until 1100 the following day.
Advance reservations for Restuarant and Spa are essential.

Unless staying on a discounted package quoted “leisure excluded” all residents (16 years and over) enjoy FREE temporary membership of the Fairlawns Club with access to the swimming pool, the luxurious hydrotherapy suite, The Sauna Garden and two air conditioned gymnasiums. Under 16’s may use the swimming pool between 1400 and 1700 on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holiday Mondays. The Club is closed on Christmas and Boxing Days and opening times may vary from those published (see “Fitness Club” for details and published opening times.)
