Special Daily Rates for Party Guests 2010 All rooms are non smoking. Rates per room per night.   One Night Two Nights Single £81.50 £65.00 Standard Double £97.50 £75.00 Superior Double or Twin £107.50 £85.00 Four Poster £122.50 £107.00 Junior Suite £127.50 £110.00 Family Room (Twin or double with 6' bunk beds generally suitable fo children under 14) £127.50 £110.00 All rooms ensuite. All rates per night inclusive of cooked breakfast and VAT at 17.5% Check in time from 1400 - Subject to availability early check in may be possible. Should you prefer this privilege then please telephone after 1900 on the evening prior to your arrival date and we will do all we can to assist. Access to the Health Club is not available uhtil 1400. Check out time 1100 - Guests are asked to vacate rooms by 1100. Those over 16 years of age may continue to use the Adult Health Club facilities until 1600. Late bar for resident guests until 0200. Bar remains closed for alcohol until 1100 the following day. Advance reservations for Restuarant and Spa are essential.

Press "Submit" to send your details and we will get back to you very soon.                Adult Health Club Unless staying on a discounted package quoted "leisure excluded" all residential guests (16 years of age and over) enjoy FREE temporary membership of the Fairlawns Health Club with access to the 18m exercise pool, the luxurious hydrotherapy suite, the sauna garden and two air conditioned gymnasiums from 2.00 p.m. on day of arrival (no exceptions) until 4.00 p.m. on day of departure. Bedrooms must be vacated by 11.00am on your departure day. The Club is closed on Christmas and Boxing Days. Opening times and availability of certain facilities may be varied when essential maintenance is being carried out. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in these areas.
