Perfect for couples or friends, our Mud & Cakes experience includes afternoon tea and access to our mud chamber, where you'll indulge in a nourishing DIY mud cleansing ritual.

Mud & Cakes is available Tuesday - Saturday with afternoon tea served in Restaurant 178 before or after your treatment, between 12:30 - 15:00.
Please bring swimwear and flip flops and note you will get wet in this treatment. A changing room and robe will be provided. This experience does not include access to our spa and health club facilities. Please book a spa day if you wish to use these.
