Our serviced apartments are located just across from the hotel and provide the perfect West Midlands bolthole - whether you're visiting from abroad, on a long work placement, relocating or refurbishing. Expect all life's mod-cons, coupled with a few little luxuries like Nespresso coffee machines and, to top it off, they're serviced by our hotel housekeeping team each week - giving you that hotel-stay feel.
Our apartments hold a maximum of 2 guests (no pets) each and must be booked for a minimum of 5 nights.
The Poolhouse
Our bright and airy Poolhouse Apartment has private parking (plus EV charging point), its own front and side door, cosy lounge area and modern kitchen diner - with all the utensils and essentials you need. The executive bedroom lies just off this with en-suite shower and bath and dual vanity - plus changing area, guest toilet at the front and laundry facilities. The apartment is extremely well appointed and has air cooling/heating throughout.
The Lofthouse
Our beautiful Lofthouse Apartment is located at the top of the house, with its own front door and parking space. The comfy lounge area also houses the modern kitchen and dining corner, with french doors leading to a private balcony. The executive bedroom lies just off this, with en-suite shower and bath, changing area and laundry facilities. The apartment is extremely well appointed and has air cooling/heating throughout.
The Fieldhouse
Our stunning Fieldhouse Apartment is the only to have 2 bedrooms, so can hold 4 guests. It boasts a beautiful open kitchen, lounge and diner - fully equipped plus bi-folds to make the most of the surrounding greenery. The main king bedroom features built-in wardrobes, TV and dressing table plus generous en-suite shower, bath and dual vanity. The second bedroom is a twin, again with built-in wardrobes, with another walk-in bathroom opposite. Cooling & heating are standard throughout plus small utility closet hides everything you need for cleaning and laundry.
