Spa facilities
Our spa facilities are available exclusively to those who book one of our spa days. You'll find state-of-the-art health and wellness facilities, spaces to sit back and unwind, and indoor and outdoor thermal areas. Our spa is also home to tranquil treatment rooms where you can indulge in everything from high-performance facials to nourishing massages and manicures.
Guests staying in the hotel can either add a three-hour thermal suite pass which allows you to enjoy the swimming pool, thermal suite & hot tub garden for an additional £30 per person (facility use only) or go all out and upgrade to one of our Spa day packages.

Hot tub garden
Our outdoor hot tubs are there to wash away everyday stresses, and, to ease those aches and pains, there's our sauna garden complete with an intense Finnish sauna, a revitalising infrared suite, and a soothing salt room.
Thermal suite
Our newly refurbished state-of-the-art Thermal Suite features 3 experience showers, 2 essence steam rooms, ice falls, sole spa's and our favourite, the bubble. Our private Mud Ritual is also available to be purchased separately.
Spa lounge and spa snug
Exclusive to Spa Days only
After a few hours enjoying the pool, sauna and steam rooms, put your feet up, read a magazine or have a snooze in our spa snug. Or enjoy lunch, refreshments or snacks in our spa lounge before your next treatment. There's no need to change out of your robe - this area is reserved exclusively for guests on a spa day. You can now experience our 'Birch Cafe' offering a new spa food concept for our spa day guests.
Pool
Take a dip in our 18m indoor pool - the perfect spot for year-round relaxation or for practising your lengths.
Gym
Work up a sweat in our state-of-the-art gym, available to all hotel guests. Inside, you’ll find the latest Technogym equipment, a free weights area, upper and lower body machines, treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines and a Skillbike.
Tennis courts and trim trail
If the weather's kind, head outside and take on our trim trail, or borrow some racquets and practise your serve on our outdoor tennis courts. Please note, both our tennis courts and trim trail are available for all hotel guests to use.
