The Garden Room
Traditional charm with a modern edge, our Garden Rooms are the heart of your celebration. The beautifully crafted neutral pallet and wall-length glass doors make this intimate space bright and airy all year round and effortlessly compliment any decoration style. They will host your civil ceremony (if you choose) and wedding meal during the daytime with the private bar and stylish accompanying lounge open throughout. It then transforms into the ultimate party space for your evening reception, with atmospheric lighting and parquet dancefloor for you all to relax, party and dance the night away.
Our maximum capacities are a generous 120 daytime and 180 in the evening.
Terrace and walled garden
Imagine an outdoor space that’s exclusively yours, perfectly manicured and adaptable to all seasons – our walled garden is cleverly designed for those perfect shots and is a beautiful backdrop to your day. The terrace boasts a retracting roof, SONOS speakers and surrounding fairy lights to keep guests cosy all year round; while the garden boasts comfy sofas, signature a rose arch, wishing well, exposed brick-steps, freshly cut grass for lawn games and seamlessly transitioning spotlights, so your guests can relax and effortlessly mingle from day into the night.

If you're planning a church wedding, there are several Anglican and Catholic churches a short drive from Fairlawns. We regularly work with St. Peter's Church in Little Aston, Aldridge Parish Church, St. Thomas' Church and St. Mary of the Angels Church in Aldridge.
Rooms and suites
With an elegant Deluxe Four Poster Room for the newlyweds, and plenty of other rooms and suites for guests, there's more enough room for closest friends and family to spend the night. The wedding party can even indulge in some pre-wedding pampering in the spa, or sit down to a delicious dinner and drinks the night before the big celebrations.
