Hospitality jobs in the West Midlands

Join our team

We're always looking for talented, like-minded people to join our team. Whether you are looking to start your first job, build a career in hospitality, or work flexibly around your family, we would love to hear from you. To apply for any of our current vacancies, please fill in the application form and we will be in touch.

If we are not currently advertising a role that's right for you, please send your CV to hr@fairlawns.co.uk and we'll be in touch if any opportunities become available.

  • Hospitality apprenticeships - flexible start dates

We're currently looking for apprentices to join our team.

Aimed at young people aged 16-24, our apprenticeships are a great way to take your first step into the hospitality industry, and our friendly, customer-focused team will work with you to develop your skills.

You will benefit from real work experience, a competitive salary and industry-leading training towards a vocational qualification.

Shifts are variable, however, day-to-day duties will include welcoming guests, serving award-winning food and drinks, and looking after guests to our high standards.

The first thing we look for is a welcoming attitude and a genuine inclination to look after guests. Experience is not required.

Please complete an application form and we'll be in touch to discuss your skills, experience, and the role in more detail.

  • Spa therapists - part-time/full-time

We have opportunities for therapists to join our spa team.

Looking after a varied client base, including guests on spa days, hotel guests, members and regular clients, our aim is to deliver the highest standard of treatments and leave guests feeling pampered and relaxed.

The first thing we look for is a welcoming attitude and a genuine inclination to look after guests. However, you will need to hold an NVQ level 2 (minimum), level 3 (preferred).

If you have experience in Elemis or Jessica treatments - let us know!

Shifts are 8 hours in length between 9am - 8pm and we work across the seven days. In fairness to the team, we ask that all staff are flexible to do their share of Saturdays and Sundays (or do a fixed day every weekend).

We have part-time roles available from one day a week, or, if you are looking for more hours, we have three shifts a week with the opportunity to do more hours as the business rebuilds itself to full capacity.

Please complete an application form and we'll be in touch to discuss your skills, experience, and the role in more detail.
