• Just 3 sessions per week - pick the days/times to best suit you - 1 session is guided by a PT

The Science of Stretching
Regular stretching improves joint range of motion, increases flexibility, and reduces muscle tension. Member Sunday Sessions
Sunday 19th April: Spring Sound Bowl - £20
Join Becky for the most relaxing and healing session, as she combines her natural love for the power of sound, music and healing work and creates intuitive and powerful soundscapes to aid the body’s energy to unblock and rebalance through the vibrations created by beautiful healing instruments - 5pm
Sunday 10th May: Pranayama to Meditation -£10
Hosted by Tony from SadanaOm Yoga, this session of meditation using tradition yogic practices of Breath work (Pranayama) and Sound (Dharana) to reduce stress, calm the mind and soothe the body. Regular practise enhances cognitive function, improves sleep quality and helps cope with stress - 3pm - 4.15pm
Spring Snack Recipe
This delicious snack recipe is super simple, high in healthy fats and fibre to keep your gut happy and your sugar cravings in check!
These chocolate protein balls from Hill Start nutrition take 20 minutes to make and last for over a month in the fridge - perfect to make with the kids

Gym Quiet Hours
After a few enquires, taking inspiration from other venues and trying to be more aware of everyone's individual needs, we are introducing 'quiet hours' in the gym.
This means there will be no background music playing in the gym in this hour - 2pm-3pm every Monday, Wednesday & Friday (a permanent change)
