As a Health Club team, we want to make sure everyone feels they get the most out of their membership with us and for you to have an supportive and engaging community which not only fulfils your personal goals, but also pushes you to new levels. Our new Members Magazine is all put together by the team to make sure you're getting the most out of your membership.

**PLEASE NOTE - the outdoor hot tubs & lower deck will be closed from Monday 15th June - Sunday 5th July for essential flooring maintenance. The salt room and saunas' will remain open. We are sorry for the inconvenience but guarantee the end result is worth it**

Bootcamps are back!

After last years success, our Outdoor Bootcamps are back - the most refreshing way to get your heart rate up whilst enjoying the fresh air and having some fun!

These circuit based sessions are suitable for all abilities using equipment like tyres, battle ropes, kettlebells and sandbags as well as bodyweight - they will be 1 hour long Wednesday nights @ 6.30pm and Sunday mornings @ 10am, starting Wednesday 3rd June - Sunday 30th August

Our most requested PT plan is finally here - get your body and mind in top shape ready for Summer 2026 with our easy, guided 6 week plan, including:

• Just 3 sessions per week - pick the days/times to best suit you - 1 session is guided by a PT
• ⁠Personalised PT workout plan plus nutrition guide to keep you on track
• ⁠Focussing on: Upper body & Conditioning, Fully Body plus Lower & Core

May Gym Challenge

Increase your overall daily calorie burn and boost endurance with our 5-minute PT AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) gym challenge:

  • 10 Burpees OR 10 squat + knee raises
  • 10 mountain climbers OR 10 opposite elbow to knee standing
  • 10 pushups OR 10 wall/ kneeling pushups
  • 10 squat jumps OR 10 squats/half squats

Incorporate this 5-minute routine below 3-4 times a week throughout May to feel the full benefits!

2.2 Changes we can make to our facilities. We may, at any time, make changes to our facilities and equipment and may at our discretion, temporarily close the club facilities for reasons of:
12.2.1 Maintenance or repairs;
12.2.2 Refurbishment; or
12.2.3 Other key events of up to 1 day each.
without making changes to your membership fees. However, where this change is material or may affect you, such as permanently ceasing to provide an important facility which we previously provided, we will give you at least 30 days written notice of the change. Pursuant to clause 10.1.1, if you reasonably consider that the change is materially detrimental to you, you may end the contract between us by giving us not less than 30 days' written notice at any time.
13.2 We cannot guarantee that all the facilities at the club are available at all times due to maintenance issues and facility or equipment breakdowns or malfunctions. By law, we do not have to pay you compensation for any service, facility or equipment not being available (including, by way of example only and without limitation, for reasons of health and safety, or if the unavailability is for the benefit of our members generally) unless this was due to or caused by our negligence.

Club Etiquette

Maintaining this standard is a shared responsibility. While our team works hard to deliver exceptional facilities, cleanliness, and service, we ask all members to play their part too by being mindful of others and following our club etiquette:

• Group training
To ensure fair and comfortable use of all areas, no more than 3 members should train together in one space. Please avoid gathering in larger groups or occupying entire sections of the gym or spa at any one time.

• Use of lockers
Lockers are available in both the gym and changing rooms. All bags, coats, and personal items must be stored in lockers and not left on the gym floor.

• Equipment etiquette
All equipment must be wiped down after use and returned to its proper place. This is essential for both hygiene and the safety of others, as well as basic courtesy to fellow members.

• Consideration for others
Avoid extended periods between sets, particularly on the machines and when others are waiting. We also ask that noise levels, including shouting or swearing, are kept to a minimum to preserve a calm and respectful environment.
