MacMillan Coffee Morning
Come and enjoy a delicious morning of tea, coffee and cake this this amazing cause!
Restaurant 178 - 11am - Monday 29th September - free attend but please bring a donation with you
The Fairlawns team are all providing their own baking creations for you to enjoy and if you're a baking wizz or need a weekend activity with the kids, please bring in your bakes too!
Members Christmas Lunch
Get yourself in the Festive Spirit at our annual Members Christmas Lunch - you are more than welcome to bring a guest and enjoy a festive afternoon out!
£32.50 per person including arrival fizz & canapes, 3-courses plus festive table treats
The lunch is mainly for members so come as a group, or feel free to bring one guest each if you'd like!

Gym Technology
Remember, it is now easier than ever to book your gym programmes and refreshers online - simply head to the 'Book gym programme' section in the Member FAQ's. You can also book a private HOW 2 with one of the team - a 10 min session to help you take your routines up to the next level!
We hope you're enjoying Technogym live on all our cardio kits too - getting the best out of all the free workouts, programmes and support from industry experts - do ask us if you'd like some help with this as it is amazing for pushing you and your workouts to new heights!
Gym Quiet Hours
After a few enquires, taking inspiration from other venues and trying to be more aware of everyone's individual needs, we are introducing 'quiet hours' in the gym.
This means there will be no background music playing in the gym in this hour - 2pm-3pm every Monday, Wednesday & Friday (a permanent change)
