As a Health Club team, we want to make sure everyone feels they get the most out of their membership with us and for you to have an supportive and engaging community which not only fulfils your personal goals, but also pushes you to new levels. Our new Members Magazine is all put together by the team to make sure you're getting the most out of your membership.
NOTE: We are in the process of issuing new membership cards, these need to be scanned upon entry, they do not need to scan on the way out - please ask at reception for your new card!
Summer Stretching
As you train a little more we want to help enhance your performance, muscle recovery and improve your gut health - stretching after your workout is the best way to do this.
Laura has put together some benefits, facts and examples of stretches for all abilities for you to incorporate into your weekly fitness regime - give it a go and we guarantee you'll notice a difference by the end of July!
Summer Bootcamps!
In case you missed it, thanks to your amazing survey feedback we've started our new outdoor Summer bootcamps and how amazing they are already! The chance to train outside on a circuit for all abilities its a great way to make training a little more fun - come by yourself or in a group we don't mind!
1 hour sessions - Wednesday nights @ 6.30pm and Sunday mornings @ 10am - book via the TechnoGym app

Gym Technology
Remember, it is now easier than ever to book your gym programmes and refreshers online - simply head to the 'Book gym programme' section in the Member FAQ's. You can also book a private HOW 2 with one of the team - a 10 min session to help you take your routines up to the next level!
We hope you're enjoying Technogym live on all our cardio kits too - getting the best out of all the free workouts, programmes and support from industry experts - do ask us if you'd like some help with this as it is amazing for pushing you and your workouts to new heights!
Gym Quiet Hours
After a few enquires, taking inspiration from other venues and trying to be more aware of everyone's individual needs, we are introducing 'quiet hours' in the gym.
This means there will be no background music playing in the gym in this hour - 2pm-3pm every Monday, Wednesday & Friday (a permanent change)
