Claire will guide you through a gentle, bone-friendly Pilates session designed to build strength, stability and confidence in how your body moves. Wendy will share simple, practical nutrition strategies to support healthy ageing, gut health and vitality, helping you feel energised from the inside out - 2pm - 4pm
Sunday 19th April: Spring Sound Bowl - £20
Join Becky for the most relaxing and healing session, as she combines her natural love for the power of sound, music and healing work and creates intuitive and powerful soundscapes to aid the body’s energy to unblock and rebalance through the vibrations created by beautiful healing instruments - 5pm

This delicious dinner recipe is super simple, high in healthy fats, protein and low-fat to keep you on track with your fitness goals.

Gym Quiet Hours
After a few enquires, taking inspiration from other venues and trying to be more aware of everyone's individual needs, we are introducing 'quiet hours' in the gym.
This means there will be no background music playing in the gym in this hour - 2pm-3pm every Monday, Wednesday & Friday (a permanent change)
