Lost property

We understand it can be incredibly difficult when you lose something and we are sorry to hear you have misplaced something at Fairlawns.  

For the quickest way to contact our housekeeping management, please fill in the below form with full details.    

You will receive a response within 72 hours and if we are able to locate it you can either arrange collection within 48 hours or we can post it for you for a courier fee.

If you do find the item please let us know by emailing housekeeping@fairlawns.co.uk as we do try hard to locate items.

Lost Property Policy

Although we try our absolute best, please note we do not accept responsibility for any item that is mislaid or left behind and cannot guarantee that all items will be found.  We have a trusted longstanding team who deal with lost property honestly on a daily basis. 

General items are kept for three weeks.

Valuable items such as phones, laptops/tablets, jewellery are kept for three months.

Perishable or personal hygiene items such as food, open beverages, hairbrushes, underwear are disposed of immediately.

Unclaimed items are either donated to charity shops or sent for recycling.

If not claimed, bank cards are shredded and destroyed, driving licences are returned to DVLA and Passports are returned to the Passport office.
