Get the most out of your membership

As a Health Club team, we want to make sure everyone feels they get the most out of their membership with us and for you to have an supportive and engaging community which not only fulfils your personal goals, but also pushes you to new levels. Our new Members Magazine is all put together by the team to make sure you're getting the most out of your membership. Make sure you have the new TechnoGym app for the latest notifications, workouts, tips from our PT's and appointment booking system!

REMINDER: please always book your gym/Thermal suite slots on the app in advance to avoid disappointment - as much as we try we cannot always accommodate un-booked sessions.

A new 'How To'

With our How To guides proving popular, we want to take them to a new level - introducing the 'How To' clinic.

From 11th November, our How To's will now be 30 minute slots with one of the team, bookable via your TechnoGym app. We will run 3 per week each with an individual focus - one upper body, one lower body and one core - giving you a chance to learn in person (small groups of 2-4 - not an individual session)

Recipe Spotlight

We all get stuck in the same routine with midweek dinners so we're here with some well needed inspo.

Our recipes are designed to be quick and easy to follow but to also keep you on track with your fitness goals - packed with protein and goodness. This Winter its Katies delicious Beef Bourguignon (without the guilt) - perfect for a healthy family style dinner.

Introducing Jack & Olivia!

After a few recent team changes, we are very excited to announce our new instructors, Oliva and Jack!

They are very hard working and positive people,  great influences whether you are just starting out on a fitness journey or if you just need a little advise on something you're working on.

We know you will give them a warm welcome!

Children In Need

This years challenge is taking inspiration from Paddy McGuiness -from the comfort of the club reception.

With your help we're hoping to complete 300 miles on the bike from  Monday 11th - Friday 15th November!

There will of course be prizes and goodies up for grabs - sign up for your 15 minute slot at the Club Reception!

Member's Christmas Lunch!

Join us on Wednesday 11th December for our annual Christmas lunch!

£32.50 per person including arrival drink, 3 courses, Christmas party props and coffee!

Please note any dietary requirements and feel free to bring a plus one - only 20 places left!

Gym Quiet Hours

After a few enquires, taking inspiration from other venues and trying to be more aware of everyone's individual needs, we are introducing 'quiet hours' in the gym.

This means there will be no background music playing in the gym in this hour - 2pm-3pm every Monday, Wednesday & Friday (a permanent change)

Don't hesitate to let us know if this helps you and any other small changes you think we could consider.

 

Sunday Sessions

On Sunday 5th January enjoy an hour of peace and serenity with our Soothing Sound Bath.

Growing in popularity across the country, these healing sessions are the perfect tonic to a hectic Christmas and New Year!
