Host a charity event with us
We are committed to supporting those who help others and are happy to provide our charity package to registered charities or those with a letter of fundraising approval. Our friendly staff and experienced catering team make planning simple, ensuring a fantastic and memorable event.
Our charity package starts from £35 (min 70 guests) allowing you to add a donation on to ticket prices, or enhance the experience to raise as many funds as possible.
Due to recent popularity we have had to limit the dates available for this package, Thursday nights and limited Friday nights now available. Please enquire below for availability
Our charity package
- Prosecco reception.
- 3 course dinner
- A coffee station for the guests to help themselves to after the meal
- PA system (if required)
- A member of the Fairlawns team to act as master of ceremonies
- A Midland Pro DJ for an additional £495 if required.
- Licensed bar until midnight... and we will donate 5% of the bar takings to your charity.
