As a Health Club team, we want to make sure everyone feels they get the most out of their membership with us and for you to have an supportive and engaging community which not only fulfils your personal goals, but also pushes you to new levels.

With this in mind, we are very excited to introduce our new Members Magazine, a bi-monthly newsletter packed with workout challenges, seasonal recipes, PT top tips, what's new at the club, new fitness and social events and much more, all put together by the team to make sure you're getting the most out of your membership.

Each month our 'How To' guide will focus on the form and technique of a fundamental exercise, to make sure you're getting the best results or make you confident enough to try something new!

Recipe Spotlight

We all get stuck in the same routine with midweek dinners so we're here with some well needed inspo.

Our recipes are designed to be quick and easy to follow but to also keep you on track with your fitness goals - packed with protein and goodness. This Autumn its a delicious creamy chicken and leek pie (without the guilt) - perfect for a healthy family style dinner.

Sunday Sessions

On Sunday 5th January enjoy an hour of peace and serenity with our Soothing Sound Bath.

Growing in popularity across the country, these healing sessions are the perfect tonic to a hectic Christmas and New Year!

Member's Christmas Lunch!

Join us on Wednesday 11th December for our annual Christmas lunch!

£32.50 per person including arrival drink, 3 courses, Christmas party props and coffee!

Please note any dietary requirements and feel free to bring a plus one!

Gym Quiet Hours

After a few enquires, taking inspiration from other venues and trying to be more aware of everyone's individual needs, we are introducing 'quiet hours' in the gym.

This means there will be no background music playing in the gym in this hour - 2pm-3pm every Monday, Wednesday & Friday (a permanent change)

Don't hesitate to let us know if this helps you and any other small changes you think we could consider.

 

Menopause Seminar

An in-depth exploration of menopause and holistic wellness, our expert speakers will delve into the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of menopause, offering insights into hormonal changes, symptom management, and the benefits of a holistic approach.

Featuring a selection of healthy drinks, a bliss bowl dinner and delicious dessert, all crafted to support hormonal balance and overall wellness.
