As a Health Club team, we want to make sure everyone feels they get the most out of their membership with us and for you to have an supportive and engaging community which not only fulfils your personal goals, but also pushes you to new levels.

With this in mind, we are very excited to introduce our new Members Magazine, a bi-monthly newsletter packed with workout challenges, seasonal recipes, PT top tips, what's new at the club, new fitness and social events and much more, all put together by the team to make sure you're getting the most out of your membership.

Each month our 'How To' guide will focus on the form and technique of a fundamental exercise, to make sure you're getting the best results or make you confident enough to try something new!

Recipe Spotlight

We all get stuck in the same routine with midweek dinners so we're here with some well needed inspo.

Our recipes are designed to be quick and easy to follow but to also keep you on track with your fitness goals - packed with protein and goodness. This month its a delicious teriyaki salmon nourish bowl (airfryer friendly) - perfect for a healthy lunch or dinner.

What's New

We don't talk about this enough but when you join the club, you're entitled to a free personalised fitness programme tailored to your needs and abilities; to help you keep on track and smash your goals.

If you haven't made use of this (or your induction) already, enquire with reception next time you're in and one of us will schedule a time to get this sorted with you.

Let's Get Together

Join us for a 4 mile walk around Aldridge on Monday 23rd September, finishing with tea, coffee and cake back at the Hotel.

Starting from the Club reception at 10am, get as many friends and family members as you can to join you for this amazing charity and a rewarding start to your Sunday morning!

Tickets are £2.50pp and all proceeds will go to MacMillan

Sunday Sessions

From beginners yoga, to soothing sound bowls, breathing classes and Elemis pamper parties, our Sunday sessions are designed for you to try something new, have a little pamper and add boost your physical and mental wellness.
