We've got you covered
All members can enjoy unlimited access to our gym, health club, pool, hydrotherapy and hot tubs. Along with our mind and body classes.
For hotel guests, the use of the gym is included as standard. Guests that would like to use our pool or spa facilities must purchase a 3-hour Chill Out Pass or upgrade to a spa day.

State-of-the-art gym
Our gym is home to the latest cardio and free weight equipment. Including treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines and a Skillbike, as well as a HIT and functional training space.
For strength training, there's both fixed weight machines and a free weights area, as well as a circuit of upper and lower body machines, multifunctional cable pulleys and a full-body TRX suspension system.
Body and mind studio
Our experienced fitness team run up to 40 classes every week in our body and mind studio. From circuits to yoga, there are classes to suit all levels and abilities, and the studio is fully equipped with everything you need to get the very best from your workout.

Indoor pool and hydrotherapy suite
In addition to our 18m indoor pool, our spa features a luxurious hydrotherapy suite.
Relax in our steam rooms or our warm tepidarium with its soothing lights and relaxing music, and then sit back on the heated loungers, cool off in the feature showers or enjoy the rejuvenating foot baths.

Get outdoors
Sauna suite and outdoor hot tubs
Our sauna garden has three experiences to choose from: the intense Finnish sauna, the revitalising infrared sauna and the soothing salt room. For a real treat, lie back in one of our two outdoor hot tubs, feel your tension disappear, and take your mind to another place.
Outdoor tennis courts
Take things outside and enjoy some time on the courts - our year round courts are included and you can also bring kids and grandkids to play for free anytime
